1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wpiso" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the operator of the wpiso online gaming platform available at wpiso.org.
• "Platform" means the wpiso website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at wpiso.org.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wpiso Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player with wpiso.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited into a Player's Account using a supported Philippine payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the wpiso Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with the wpiso Privacy Policy, any applicable game rules, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time of the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

wpiso reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the wpiso Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by wpiso or by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of wpiso or any of its affiliated companies or game suppliers.

wpiso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame requested by wpiso may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account with wpiso. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. wpiso is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false or misleading registration information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wpiso login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. wpiso will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify wpiso support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wpiso is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

wpiso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through supported Philippine payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing time specified by your chosen payment channel. wpiso does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wpiso Account. wpiso processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. wpiso reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5.4 Third-Party Funding

Players must only fund their wpiso Account using payment methods that are registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds originating from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

wpiso offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution rates, and minimum odds restrictions, which are communicated at the point of the relevant offer. Players are strongly encouraged to read the full terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, only real money bets contribute to meeting wagering requirements when a Bonus Balance is active.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wpiso reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 Promotional Changes

wpiso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error affecting a promotion, wpiso reserves the right to void bets placed under affected conditions.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the wpiso Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money bets. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the game outcome, the outcome recorded on wpiso's servers shall be deemed definitive.

wpiso uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all RNG-based games, including slots and virtual table games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider.

wpiso does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to any game. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect game availability. wpiso shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wpiso Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or game engines.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that contravenes the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its subsequent amendments.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wpiso staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wpiso Platform — including but not limited to the wpiso brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wpiso or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of wpiso.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence terminates automatically upon Account closure or breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wpiso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

wpiso's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wpiso does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are adequately secured before accessing the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

wpiso is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most, can become harmful for some individuals. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, wpiso provides all registered Players with access to the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wpiso Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

wpiso strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed and any funds — including winnings — will be withheld pending further investigation in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

wpiso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and wpiso's Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

wpiso may share Player data with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and licensed third-party KYC and payment processing providers where required by law or regulatory obligation. wpiso will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13. Account Termination

wpiso reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting wpiso support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account — subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be submitted to wpiso's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through wpiso's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the competent courts of the Philippines. wpiso is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and complies fully with its dispute resolution directives.

15. Amendments to These Terms

wpiso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wpiso will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wpiso Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
